It was a pretty hot day but the staff were very patient with us wanting to see multiple units and discussing options.
From sales to GM to Finance to the Service/Sales area, the wife and I never once felt pressured and the atmosphere was always friendly.
I bought my first camper from Shaw and couldn't be happier. Jim from the Service Department is the best. I had my truck lifted which required me to change to a longer drop down hitch, Jim told me to bring my truck by and he would install a hitch with a longer drop. This was around 7pm, which is one hour past close. Jim had the new hitch installed within minutes upon arrival. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional customer service Jim provided which allowed my family to go on their first camping trip the following day. This is an experience I will never forget.
If I told you all the details about us getting our Mini with the gushing enthusiasm and appreciation that I have you'd think I was related to someone there. But you know what-that's exactly how each and every person with whom we had contact treated us. Like family. The good kind. Thanks to everyone!! We are already recommending Shaw and will continue doing so.
My girlfriend and I recently purchased a Sprinter Campfire Edition from Shaw. We had an incredible experience from start to finish. We were never pressured to buy and the staff was always pleasant and knowledgable. Once we made the purchase the service staff was so helpful and encouraged us to call with any questions or concerns.
When we took delivery THAT DAY (they were busy but stayed late), the guys in the service area were willing to explain the equipment and offer helpful solutions to questions I had.
