I have been taking my families vehicles to County Line for over 16 years. When our family first moved to this area, I tried several service centers for my family's needs, but always came back to County Line, sometimes to fix problems other centers failed to correct or even created! Over the years David's service team has ALWAYS delivered excellent service coupled with genuine kindness and caring for my vehicles and family. Other service centers would brush off my wife or daughters when they needed service, giving them the outdated attitude that if you aren't male, you don't know anything about cars; not County Line. They have always listened to my wife and daughters with the same concern and determination to take of them with equal caring and professionalism. I've had several great experiences with County Line Auto but the one that stands out is this. My car developed a noise, it was determined that there was a good chance it was a part under warranty at another shop. The words "Right now you don't owe us anything and we want to keep it that way" came out of their mouths. Their goal was to do what was best for me and my car, not to make money. They didn't earn any money that day but they earned my loyalty. I cannot recommend coming here enough, their character and business ethic is something that has become so rare in our world today, especially in their line of work.
