3. The "manager" has yet to call me about my lost box. It had some family belongings in it and there is Zero professionalism from these people to even address the lost/stolen box. Completely unacceptable.
Local apartment move from Crabtree to Crossroads- perfection! The two gentleman arrived on time, worked hard and were professional and courteous. I received a quote ahead of my move and at the end there were no surprises. I highly recommend this company and I will absolutely use them in the future. My advice to anyone moving is to be prepared and be honest. Have your belongings packed properly, list your furniture and boxes honestly. The movers are coming to help you, they want to arrive and see an accurately described environment.
Terrible experience! Will never hire nor recommend! I felt as though I was robbed of my money. The crew took no care with my items, and they destroyed my brand new house walls and ceilings. Also, 3 men were sent, however only 2 did any work. The 3rd guy was sick and spent at least 2 hours in my new house's bathroom. No apologies from the crew. No offer to take any money off. Ripped the top of my banister off and ripped a hole in the bottom of my box springs and thought i didn't see it. Lost pieces to one of my beds and didnt tell me. I only found out when i went to correctly put my bed back together, since they did not put it together correctly. Worst decision I have ever made! If I could give negative stars, I would!
As a former business owner I know how hard it is to please everyone but they worked extremely hard to ensure we had a good moving experience. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat !!!
Unprofessional and unsanitary!
First time using a moving company. They were great! Professional, courteous, and quick. The price was also reasonable. If I need a moving company again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
1. Movers lost one of my boxes in the move from one apartment to the other
2. Employee took a dump in my new apartment - the bathroom did not have toilet paper or soap. I realized my bathroom light was on and doors closed and after 20 minutes I wondered if anyone was even in it. It STUNK! And the movers had just finished bringing in the last load so the guy took a dump, didn't wash his hands and proceed to touch my belongings with his hands. Not a germaphobe but this is GROSS!
We worked with 'A Few Good Men' a couple times. The staff on the phone were very courteous. The men helping with the move were wonderful to work with. They were always polite and went out of their way to make sure we had things where we wanted them. The glass on an old item of my grandmother's was accidently broken. We were approached regarding it immediately and advised it would be taken back to their office to be repaired. They held the item several weeks once it was repaired to return it to us at our convenience.
