Was able to be seen within an hour of calling in. Both vet and techs were friendly and never made me feel rushed. Extremely reasonable pricing, especially compared to another local practice. Will return here for all my pet care!
From lou ann shepherd. Took my limping cat there for 2nd opinion. Gave me a lenghty visit, lot of wisdom on feline diabetes. Got 2 cats with this. What i learned...give 2 shots a day 12 hrs apart. Monitor sugar with meter and testing. Test once a day minimum and record it. In 2 weeks spend one day getting sample every 2 hrs for a blood sugar curve. Let the vet know the numbers so amt of insulin can be adjusted. Might have to have panel done. Felt at ease. Actually my anxiety went away. The vibe was definitely different.
This place has been fantastic to us and our pup, Sadie. She recently had surgery there and the entire staff was amazing. Dr. Jones-Bailey is a highlight reason of why we drive from an hour away to get the best for our bug.
The people working here are some of the most wonderful, animal-loving people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They have been helping me nurse my rescue kitten back to health after a nasty URI and have consistently called to check up on him every few days. This is after feeding him treats in the the exam room and carrying him around the facility for 'adventures' because he is so exploratory and fearless. I am very pleased with their care and deeply appreciate how kind they have been.
Love Dr. Jones-Bailey! She has taken care of our lab for several years (3 surgeries). She always spends quality time listening to your concerns. Our dog is 13 and she is the best vet we have had by far. I drive 40 minutes from North Raleigh to see her.
